EKG Flowchart with MEA notes

Page history last edited by PBworks 15 years, 9 months ago

This is a 2-page EKG algorithm. It is included as a power point file so you can edit it for your own purposes, in two versions. It's also included as a PDF, which you might not be able to edit, but if you don't have powerpoint or something else that can open the file, you should be able to use the PDF. The first two slides are Mini II specific, the last two slides aren't. Finally, I've put it directly on the page as a .jpg, although I think the resolution of the jpg files is less clear.

*also, I had no idea that some people couldn't open PPTX files, so I saved it as the MS office 97-2003 compatible version, and included it here. I can't promise all the features will still work the same, but I hope this helps.*

For the first two slides, text in *PINK* is information that we don't have to know for Mini II. It is assembled from other sources, but we will have to learn it down the road.

On the last 2 slides of the 4, I've put all the text in black, presenting the algorithm without respect to whether or not the information is on Mini II, for those who want to get a head start on the material.

Note, the MEA description can be found under the sinus rhythms section, but non-sinus rhythms can have Right- and Left- Axis Deviation, too. There just wasn't enough room on the slide to include them.

It prints up best if you select "scale to fit paper" in the print preview "options" section of power point.

Hope this helps!

I added the .ppt file to the page, and although I can't promise that all the features will work the same, I hope it helps!
